Classes

 

Fall/Winter 2024 Classes 

Please sign up early so the classes don't have to be canceled due to not enough students.  

Mosaic Cowl (3 week course)- $65.00 plus supplies. Tuesday Feb 25, Mar 4,11- from 6:30-8:30. You will finish the cowl. You will need to know how to knit and purl for this class. (adventurous beginner)

Mosaic Knitting Intro (3 week course) - $65.00 plus supplies. Tuesday Feb 4,11,18 from 6:30-8:30. We will make mosaic coasters. You will need to know how to knit and purl for this class. 

Beginner Cable Square Class (3 week course)- $65.00 plus supplies. Saturday Jan 11,18,25 from 1-3 pm. You will complete 2 plus squares in 3 weeks. Pattern for 4 squares will be provided and by making 3 of each you will get a lap blanket. You will need to know how to knit and purl to take this class.    

Beginner Knitting (two week course) $60.00 plus supplies. Thursday Jan 16 & 23- 6-9 pm. You will learn to cast on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, how to read your work, cast off.

Beginner Knitting (two week course) $60.00 plus supplies. Wednesday Feb 19 & 26- 6-9 pm. You will learn to cast on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, how to read your work, cast off.

Beginner Mitten (3 week course) $65.00 plus supplies. Friday Jan 10,17, 24- 6:30-8:30. You will need basic knitting skills. One mitten will be completed in class time. 

Thrummed Mittens ( 3 week course) $65.00 plus supplies. Wednesday Jan 8,15,22  - 6:30-8:30. You will need basic knitting skills. One mitten will be completed in class time. 

. Beginner Sock-( 3 week course) $65.00 plus supplies.  Friday Feb 21,28, Mar 7-6:30-8:30. You will need basic knitting skills. One sock will be completed in class time

Beginner Crochet (two weeks course) $60.00 plus supplies Monday March 10 & 17/25- 6-9 pm. You will learn beginner crochet stitches and how to read your work .  Supplies will be an additional fee. 

 Beginner Crochet (two weeks course) $60.00 plus supplies  Thursday Feb 20 & 27- 6-9 pm. You will learn beginner crochet stitches and how to read your work.  Supplies will be an additional fee. 

 Beginner Crochet (two weeks course) $60.00 plus supplies  Monday Feb 24 & March 3- 6-9 pm. You will learn beginner crochet stitches and how to read your work.  Supplies will be an additional fee. 

Toe Up Magic Loop Class ( three week course) $65.00 plus supplies. Tues Jan 14,21,28- 6:30-8:30 . You will need basic knitting skills. We will complete one sock in class time. 

 Supplies will be an additional cost with 15% off .  Prices listed are class time only! 

 
Class Registration: 
Because we often have a waiting list for these classes, we require tuition to be paid in full when you register. You may register in person or over the phone with a credit card. All class registrations are plus GST.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be offered only under the following conditions:
1. The class is canceled by the instructor.
2. If withdrawing from a class before it has started. You will be refunded only if there is a paid registrant to fill your vacancy.

No refunds are available for any reason once the class has started. The refund policy is strictly enforced so that we don't have to turn people away.
